For returned material objects, ‘AU Collections’ assumes no liability for insurance, packing, freight, postage, or other transportation costs; however, no additional fees or charges will be incurred for the delivery of replacement goods in terms of packaging, freight, postage, or transportation.

The proof of purchase paperwork from ‘AU Collections’ must be included with any damaged claim.
