Shipping Information
At AU Collections, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and carefully handled shipping for all customer orders.
All items are securely packed and posted through Australia Post. We charge a flat-rate postage fee, with no hidden handling charges.

We generally aim to dispatch and deliver orders within approximately 5–6 business days after purchase. However, delivery timeframes may vary depending on Australia Post processing times, courier delays, public holidays, peak periods, and the number of orders we are packing and dispatching at the time.
Please understand that we always do our best to pack and send your order as quickly as possible.
Once your tracking number has been provided, we recommend making Australia Post your first point of contact for delivery updates, as they will have the most current information about your parcel’s location and delivery status. You can also contact us if you need assistance, and we will do our best to help where possible.
You can track your parcel using the tracking details provided with your order.
Return & Refund Policy
We want every customer to be happy with their purchase from AU Collections.
If you are not satisfied with your item, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
✅ The item must be unused
✅ The item must be in the same condition as received
✅ The item must be returned in its original packaging
✅ The return request must be made within 15 days
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
What Cannot Be Refunded
Please note the following costs may not be refundable:
1. Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by an error from our side.
2. Credit Card / Debit Card Processing Fees
If you paid by credit card or debit card, your payment may have been processed through a secure payment gateway such as Stripe.
Stripe may charge transaction fees, which can include a small fixed fee plus a percentage of the transaction amount. In some cases, these processing fees may not be returned to us when a refund is issued.
For example, if you paid $100, and the payment processing fee was approximately $1.75 + $0.30, the refunded amount may be approximately $97.95, depending on the payment processor’s refund policy.
3. PayPal Merchant Fees
The same may apply to payments made through PayPal, as PayPal may charge merchant transaction fees. Any non-refundable payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

Bank Transfer Payments
Customers who have built confidence with AU Collections may request to pay by direct bank transfer. Bank details can be provided by email upon request.
Where payment is made by direct bank transfer, there are generally no card or PayPal merchant processing fees involved, which may allow a fuller refund amount if a valid return is approved.
For customer protection, we recommend using secure payment methods available through our website until you are comfortable with direct payment options.
