Shipping Information
We offer fast and reliable shipping to our customers. Our products are carefully packaged and sent to you via Australia Post. We charge our customers as Flat rate shipping charges and no other hidden or handling charges included. For orders $349 or above there is no postage charges, i.e., Parcel postage is Free of cost. We strive to ensure that your order arrives within 5-6 days of your purchase, but it all depends on the Australia Post courier procedure and timeframes, time of year, peak periods and sometimes we get too many items for packing and dispatching. Please understand this as we try our best to make it possible withing the time frame. If you have any concerns about your shipment, please feel free to contact us. If we have updated the tracking number to your item, please reach out to the Australia post as if you even contact us, we will be contacting the Australia post as well. So always make Australia Post your first point of contact if we have updated the tracking details. You can track your item status by clicking here.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 15-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item.
What amount cannot be refunded:
1. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Also, if you have paid via credit card or debit cards, then in some circumstances, there will be deductions from your transactions as we use the Stripe secure gateway for credit/debit cards processing payments, and they charge 30cents (maybe slightly different) + 1.75% fee (+-) of the transaction. For example, if you have paid $100 for an item, and you applied for a refund and if you were successful, then you will get ($100-$1.75-$0.30) $97.95 in your bank account. 3. The same policy applies when you pay via PayPal. There is a PayPal Merchant Fee per transaction.

Other options are also there, for example, if you want to pay directly into our Bank account (or PayPal friends/family), that way you will get the whole refund if you want to return the item for some valid reasons.
